Over the years, friends and acquaintances often came to me for advice to work out their business kinks. Soon enough, I noticed there were too many great businesses facing too many similar challenges involving strategy, brand clarity, financial management, operations support and better understanding their customers or users. I examine businesses, determine what needs to be fixed and then execute! I provide solutions.

 

As a result, Westbrooks Consulting Group Inc. was created to teach other entrepreneurs and start-up founders/teams that the foundation of their business is equally as important as the products and services it provides and to coach them into developing a better business — a winning business.
